Returns require a valid receipt. With that receipt, we will refund the full purchase value or exchange it up to 120 days after the original sale.

Exceptions may apply on seasonal items, major appliances (including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and ranges) and outdoor power equipment (including but not limited to mowers, chainsaws, generators, pressure washers, etc.).

Special orders are ordered according to the customer's specifications and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. See the Solution Center at your store for details.

Cash and cash equivalent returns exceeding $500 may be refunded as a check mailed from our Store Support Center.

Gift cards, shipping or delivery fees and abused products are not eligible for return.
